He also urged the centre not to listen to the information provided by the brokers instead they should listen to us ( Sikkimey). He also said today's central government has totally failed in foreign policy of Himalayan region, they failed in Dokalam issue and it is now disputed area, with Nepal also they failed and in Darjeeling also they promised Gorkha's dream but failed.
Also said after the merger we formed our government with 32 out of 32 seats, we have our government but Sikkimese people lost the battle and rights too even this time Sikkimese has lost all and now same way continues our children will celebrates this things in graveyard of future. If we don't act now then Sikkim's future is dark and there will be no Sikkim and Sikkimese so this is high time we should awake and the center should also not take Sikkim for granted. Must tell while saying so Sikkim influential Tribal Leader Tseten Tashi Bhutia was also present during the event.
D N Nepal also said Sikkim will become like Manipur we will fight for our rights and we will resurrect ourselves dont create a Manipur like situation. I came to know few are calling me anti national if yes then charge me with Sedition and I know I have not spoken against constitution and I want to warn Government of India not to taken undermine the Sikkim and Sikkimese people.
Lastly he said as RSS or Mizo Youth Asso, we will have JAC for Sikkimese people JAC was born and whenever it felt necessary and needed we would raise our voice.
Speaking on the historic May 8 Agreement, Nepal said, "We have lost our country for the wrong that was done between 1973 to 1975. The wrongdoings of them are the result we are facing today. The central leaders don't understand our language or our sentiments. If there were a King still, he would have understood. But our ancestors made a mistake by undoing monarchy. We must repent else neither will Sikkim remain nor us the Sikkimese people. We were 2 lakhs Sikkimese who became Indian in 1975, now with new amendments in Finance Bill, 140 crores Indians will enter Sikkim".
Nepal also blamed on the brokers in between the State Government and Central government who are benefiting from all the Sikkimese issues. "Listen to us Sikkimese people not the brokers who lead the government wrongly. We are heading like Manipur but we will fight back. Generations will come who will fight back for our rights. We are believers of Buddha's peace but step on our heads and we will retaliate. Even Delhi is not wrong, but those in between are brokers who label us as Anti National. Book us on sedition charge if you feel JAC is anti national or communal, when we believe in Indian Constitution and not talking anything against it, we do not feel we are anti nationals" said Nepal who also cleared the central government of wrongdoings on Sikkimese identity.
Similarly, JAC vice president Passang Sherpa addressed the April 8 violence on JAC. He stated, "When Singtam was organising blood donation, JAC general secretary Keshav Sapkota was attacked and sacrificed his blood for the Sikkimese protection. We are here in Sikkim to mend what happened on April 8. We know who is behind it, history will show who did that. Every Sikkimese is certain about it".
Sherpa highlighted the significance of May 8 telling how the tripartite agreement ushered in democracy in Sikkim. He stated, "We want to make the 140 Crores Indians in the country about the significance of the tripartite agreement between Sikkim Raj Darbar, Indian government and political parties of Sikkim. We want to tell them not to do injustice to Sikkimese people now by taking our special status and rights.
Sherpa also highlighted of JAC representatives recent visit to New Delhi concerning the Sikkimese identity. Sherpa stated, "In our recent visit to Delhi, we questioned the central leaders as to who is included in the recent addition of clause 5 in IT exemption. We questioned them about the mechanism to check them. They responded claiming Article 14 has been implemented in Sikkim, hence the new clauses was added to IT exemption. It was the doing of finance ministry to include Article 14 taking away our rights. We have now completely given up to India, the national flag and constitution has been upheld. But 371F cannot include Article 14. When Article 14 enters Sikkim, we will be in a desert. We have come to say Ram Ram surprised at how the identity of Sikkim is doomed now".
While JAC Publicity Secretary Amrit Sharma said we all are into easy life and we all have surrendered our businesses to outsiders, we are lazy and forget business our lands are barren now so it may get in our someone's hand in future so we should take our own work and cultivate dignity of labour.

Another Member Sangay Bhutia shared JAC is for all Sikkimese people. He said when immigration tag was labeled against our Nepali community then it also means the same for Bhutia Lepcha community also as we are Sikkim Subject holder and governed by article 371 F.
