MANGAN, APRIL, 25: World Malaria Day was observed by District Hospital Mangan (DHM) by conducting progressive Rally with play cards by students of different schools students under the leadership of DMS-DHM, Dr Rinzing Dolma, Health Educator, Mr Rinchen Bhutia, DHEO(DDM) DHM, Milan Tamang, ASHA members, students, teachers, students and public.
The programme started with Rally from DHM towards DAC Mangan complex. The same programme was conducted at Rangrang, Tingchim zero point market area, Dikchu Bazaar PHC area.
The programme had skit play for 15 minutes performed by ASHA members and students.
The Theme of the programme was (Time to Decline Zero Malaria, Invest, innovate and implement). The programme also had awareness on control of Malaria and Mangan district is free & freedom of the disease cause.
